Greg Crawford On Basketball, For January 2nd, 2015

By Gregory Crawford----- TV, Print and Radio Basketball Analyst--- on twitter @wchoops, @crawssportsbiz @kcsportsmgmt

Cascade Collegiate Conference---- The Cascade College  Conference men's basketball race is always exciting, as the league is probably top to bottom, the best NAIA Div-2 conference in the country.

Although it is early on in the league race and only January, this weekend just might separate some issues in the league, as four heavyweight teams will do battle.

Concordia and Warner Pacific, will travel east to meet Eastern Oregon and College of Idaho on Friday and Saturday night. All four teams once again this year, have terrific teams and terrific records.

Losses might not be the end of the world, but come March, these games this weekend will mean a lot as per seeding for the end of year CCC tournament.

Tomorrow---- Come right back here tomorrow, for my always world famous prediction on the Gonzaga/Portland game, played tomorrow night at the Chiles Center in Portland, Oregon.

Eastern Washington--- One game completed in Big Sky Conference, but the headliner game, turned out to be just that. Eastern Washington coming from behind to defeat powerhouse Weber State, at home 84-79. This was a must win for the Eagles, as they try to ascend to the top of the Big Sky, a place I think they will be at come season end.

If you missed my predictions for the Big Sky Conference regular season, you can catch them right here in the January 1st edition of http://gregcrawfordbasketball.blogspot.com
