NWAC Sports---- It Wednesday, so that means another new edition of Crawford's NWAC
Sports men's basketball power rankings. Always tough, but enjoy and feel free to respond. Always do things in 9s, out of respect for the great game of golf.

9. Chemeketa (9-6)---The Storm open Southern region play on Saturday at home.

8. Walla Walla (8-7)--- Led by point guard Satchel Schetzle with 29.2 ppg and 6.69 assists.

7. Highline (9-4) (1-0)---Started league play with a win over Pierce and travel to Lower Columbia tonight.

6. Skagit Valley (8-4)----SVC has not played since December 20th, when they lost the championship game of the Clackamas Crossover to Treasure Valley.

5. Wenatchee Valley (11-4) ----Host 10-5 Spokane to open league play on Saturday.

4. Columbia Basin (7-7)--- 6-0 since activating James Lopez who is averaging 27.3 ppg. and 6.8 assists, which is second and first ranked in the entire NWAC.

3. Big Bend (12-14)---- The Vikes have won 9 of the last 10.

2. Edmonds (12-3)---Have won five in row, including the Clackamas Holiday tournament.

1. Bellevue (13-2)---Bulldogs had a strong pre-league and open league play at home against Shoreline on Saturday.
